Our leasing team based in North Sydney operates across all North Shore office markets and act on behalf of both private and large institutional owners.

David Bolt and Chris Hartigan have many years of experience in handling sales transactions across the North Shore and Metro Sydney.
Property Management
Our management portfolio covers a wide range of commercial and industrial properties across the North Shore including North Sydney, St Leonards / Crows Nest, Artarmon, Chatswood, Northbridge, Lane Cove, Epping and Manly.
Clients appreciate being able to communicate directly with our directors as well as our property and accounts manager. This close teamwork ensures that all issues are dealt with pro-actively and not avoided.
We run a comprehensive accounts system that provides owners with detailed monthly reports on income and expenditure. Where vacancies occur our active leasing team is on hand to secure new tenants without delay.
Our property management team is led by Associate Director, Clara Kay. Alex Solomou is our Property Manager, Daniel Li is our Trust Accountant, and Andrew Duong provides on-site facilities management for a number of major buildings.
Both Chris Hartigan and David Bolt are closely involved with our management clients to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that our leasing team is filling any vacancies as quickly as possible.
